Had an issue out of the box it was not able to update. I had to download the offline update onto a usb with my laptop in order to use the system. I haven't had any issues since then I love the graphics and how much smaller the console is compared to day one box I had.

If you want to take your console gaming to the next level (and if you aren’t in to building your own gaming PC), get a One X. I’ve been playing Forza Horizon 4 on it mostly and it’s just incredible. I am playing on an LG OLED TV and it’s stunning. Also played some 2K20 and Wreckfest and everything is just so incredibly smooth and crisp. I’ve seen no performance issues, and the load times are much shorter, especially when playing Forza. You can fast travel almost instantly. When playing on my original xbox one, fast travel would average probably around 15 seconds to load. It’s also got a smaller, more sleek design, so it looks better on the shelf. If you’ve been considering getting on the 4K platform, and you can catch a One X on sale, go for it. You won’t be disappointed or let down. I didn’t know a video game could look so good!

Got this around the holiday and have enjoyed it ever since. Codes work instantly! Needed an upgrade from the first gen Xbox One and couldn’t be any happier with this!

The graphics and the speed are great. I cant wait to see what Xbox does for the next system

I mainly bought it for use as a 4k movie player, but it doubles as video game system. Forza Horizon 4 looks amazing on it.

Better streaming and crisper picture when watching movies and playing games online than the previous model I had.

4K experience is just mind blowing. Plus this one is sleeker than xbox one. Must upgrade!

The One X shows very high quality on a 4K big screen HD TV. I also play Forza 7 on the One X and the play is very very smooth. We’ve played basketball a few times. It’s easy to play even if you are new to the game, but can be very detailed as you get better. Fun!

I'm very happy with my purchase! i wanted to upgrade from an og xbox one and i'm so happy i did! everything about the xbox one x is amazing compared to the og xbox one. if you're debating just go for it! Its worth every penny!!

This is the best system ever. I switched form PlayStation and have not regretted it at all. The game looks real. My gf sometimes can’t tell the difference when it comes to sports games.

Bought for teenage son. Had Xbox one which he pretty much wore out. Moved on to PSP4. Current friends all playing Xbox ONe X which necessitated the upgrade. He is happy so I am happy. All good.

I would definitely recommend this system. I purchased while it was on sale and I am so happy I was able to get the bundle set. Graphics are incredible!! I would definitely purchase this again.

I owned an Xbox 360 for a couple of years, but I never owned an original Xbox One, so this system is a huge upgrade from the 360. I purchased this during Black Friday, got it on sale and it included 3 months of Xbox Gold. I like that this Xbox includes a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray player, has 4K support for games and 4K video playback for Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc. I have found myself using the Xbox to watch Netflix rather than switching over to my Fire TV Stick. There's also an option to plug in your satellite or cable receiver into the back of the Xbox, which is super convenient. I am not a huge fan of the NBA2K20 game, because the controls are pretty complex.

Purchased for my teenage son. He plays games and uses it for much more. Purchased the extended warranty but this game has been rugged and has stood up to the heavy demands

Have owned an Xbox since 2001 - this version is hands down the best - play 4k games, watch 4k movies/DVD, surf internet.

The whole family is enjoying this. I love that I can stream my videos to the tv with is x box. Good prize too.
