⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceeded Every Expectation – Feels Like a True Home Theater Upgrade I purchased the XGIMI Horizon Pro 4K Smart Projector (Model: XK03H) and I honestly couldn’t be happier with this decision. From the moment I powered it on, I was blown away by the image quality. The 4K resolution is incredibly sharp, colors are vibrant without being over-saturated, and the brightness is strong enough to look amazing even with some ambient light in the room. Watching movies, sports, and streaming shows feels immersive — like having a personal movie theater at home. One of my favorite features is how easy this projector is to use. The auto-focus and auto-keystone work fast and accurately, which means I can move it between rooms and still get a perfect image in seconds. No frustrating setup, no constant tweaking. The Harman Kardon speakers genuinely surprised me. The sound is rich, clear, and loud enough that I don’t feel an immediate need for a soundbar. Dialogue is crisp, bass is solid, and it easily fills a living room or bedroom. Android TV built in is another huge win. All my favorite apps load quickly, streaming is smooth, and the interface is clean and responsive. Bluetooth connectivity works perfectly for headphones and external speakers when needed. Build quality is excellent — it feels premium, solid, and thoughtfully designed. This doesn’t feel like a “gadget,” it feels like a long-term home entertainment investment. If you’re on the fence about upgrading from a TV or an older projector, this is 100% worth it. The XGIMI Horizon Pro delivers on performance, convenience, and overall experience. Highly recommend — one of the best tech purchases I’ve made.

Very good for 4K cinema enjoyment, beautiful colors are very vivid and very easy to use

amazing product, unexplainable picture quality (4k). I was surprised to see the visual, but what shocked me more was the Harman Kardon speaker. After using it for almost a year, I have yet to feel the need to add an external sound system. The only complaint I have is that the company that makes these speakers doesn't have any easily available service centers, so if anything happens to the device, you are left holding the bag unless you have purchased some external insurance.

I bought this projector for my pool area and it has been a very nice addition to my backyard setup, I connected my sonos beam to it and used all my pool sonos equipment to add that "surround sound" outdoors, trust me it is great. On the image I am attaching with this review I am using a 180" screen (give or take some inches). great clarity obviously the darker the better but no regrets and I got it at a discounted price so very happy! If you just want to use the speakers the projector brings they are very good considering the size. Now I will say that nothing is perfect but these imperfections do not make it a bad product for what it is I would say its almost perfect and very easy to set up and bring back inside hen done.

This compact projector has amazing video and sound. The best part of the projector is, it has its own Harman Kardon speaker with relatively good quality sound. When it was attaching an Apple TV to one of the HDMI ports and after that I was good to go with access to Disney+, Prime Video, Hulu, Netflix, and my own movie library.

The quality surpass my expectations. Im extremely happy, i bought this proyector, image, sound, everything is great.

What a device!!! Wandering why I had not known this stuff earlier. Perfectly fit to my media room. Easy set up, cool design, Android TV with all apps (wait, netflix needs to download desktopmanager, odd but OK) Will update you guys if any problem in two weeks

I really like the projector and it pairs well with my cinegray screen. And the built in streaming device is nice also it is well integrated.

So good you will love it The pictures so amazing. Must have 4K projector.

Great projector easy to set up portable and powerful.

Great picture amazing i give this projector 5 star for the money xgimi

Great product! It work very well with my home theater room.

Pros: Mind-Blowing Clarity: The XGIMI HORIZON Pro 4K doesn't just show movies; it transports you into them with its jaw-dropping 4K resolution. The level of detail is almost like having a private screening in your living room. Day or Night, It Shines: No need to dim the lights for this star – the projector's high brightness means you get vibrant colors and sharp contrasts whether it's noon or midnight. It's a game-changer for movie nights, whatever the time. Your Entertainment Hub simplified: The integration of Android TV OS turns this projector into a one-stop entertainment shop. Streaming, gaming, and apps are at your fingertips, making it feel more like a smart TV than just a projector. Looks as Good as It Plays: This isn't just a tech gadget; it's a piece of art. The sleek design not only catches the eye but reassures you that you've invested in something that's built to last. Set Up Made Easy: Keystone correction and auto-focus take away the headache of aligning the image perfectly. Setting up movie night is no longer a tech challenge – it's as easy as pressing play. Connects to Anything: With HDMI, USB, and Bluetooth options, this projector is ready to play nice with all your gadgets. No more wrestling with cables; it plays well with whatever you throw at it. Harmony of Sight and Sound: Harman Kardon speakers built right in mean you're not just seeing the action; you're hearing every nuance. No need for extra speakers cluttering your space. Cons: Sticker Shock: The XGIMI HORIZON Pro 4K is a premium experience that comes with a price tag to match. It's an investment, but not everyone's wallet is ready for that level of commitment. Not Exactly Compact: This beauty isn't winning any awards for portability. If you're tight on space or plan to move it around a lot, you might need to get creative with where to put it. App Store Light on Choices: While Android TV OS is a plus, the app store might not have all your favorites. It's more like a cozy neighborhood store than a megamall – good, but not endless. Whirr of the Fan: During quiet moments, the cooling fan can be a bit of a background hum. For those who crave pin-drop silence during movies, this might be a mild annoyance. 3D Fans, Look Elsewhere: If 3D is your thing, the XGIMI HORIZON Pro 4K might break your heart. It's a 2D champion in a 3D world. Remote Control Blues: The remote control is more functional than fabulous. It gets the job done, but you might find yourself wishing for something a bit more user-friendly. In a nutshell, the XGIMI HORIZON Pro 4K is your VIP ticket to a cinematic experience at home. While it might demand a bit more from your wallet and space, the trade-off is a visual and auditory feast that's hard to beat. It's not just a projector; it's a statement piece for your entertainment sanctuary.

A nice projector, but a couple of things that could have easily been improved. First, let me start by saying, the build quality of this projector is really pretty nice. It is solid, feels somewhat weighty in your hands. And it isn't a bunch of cheap plastic. The features that this projector has, such as auto focus are very much appreciated. And the fact it is 4K native with auto keystone is also nice. But for me, I found the auto keystone in my case would not work at all, it put the projected image clear up on my ceiling, instead of my very nice projector screen. And I cannot figure out why it kept doing that. Maybe I have a semi defective unit? I don't know to be honest. As reviews online, showed this auto keystone feature work flawlessly for multiple people. The sound the unit puts out is decent to good, for what it is. But clearly, if you intend to use this as a home theatre projector, then you will want to upgrade. Personally, I have a very nice Sony: 7.2.2 system paired with it and it is absolutely brilliant. The projector is definately bright enough for night time viewing. And even sunset and sunrise viewing. Although, I wasn't overly impressed with the daytime viewing with blinds open. It is really not any brighter in person, then the Viewsonic Pro 8200 1080P system I was upgrading from. Which has been an absolute workhorse for me for years. I also found that the pictures, brightness and contrast very comparable on both units on anything that was 1080P content and below. Which is disappointing, considering my Pro 8200 was purchased nearly 10 years ago and for $550. Where this, even on sale crossed the $1,500 mark. So really, what I was paying for was the 4K and the HDR. As well as 3D playback. My first 4K movie I played with it was "The Batman", on 4K disc. And because that movie is so dark, with very little color, I was not impressed with the extremely minor differences in resolution and HDR upgrade over my Viewsonic. But I blame most of that on the movie itself. So next, I wanted to play some streaming content in 4K. And this is where I ran into some real problems. Because this projector is not certified for 2.1 over HDMI, only 2.0 HDMI, so it cannot be used to play 4K content over Roku. Period. Roku is set up this way, for copyright protection. I have looked for ways to do this. Or bypass this copy protection certification and so far have found no solution. I can even get 4K 60 FPS to display on the setup screen. But as soon as you go to content, it kicks it back to 1080P 30 FPS, every single time. So I read and read online. And this is how I found out this projector is not 2.1 HDMI certified. This is a major blow to my happiness with the projector. As now I am limited to only streaming in 1080P through Roku for all my content, which is where I was for the last 10 years before I spent $1500. Xgimi needs to correct this moving forward, as this is a serious holdback on an otherwise very nice projector. The picture overall color wise, contrast wise and lumens wise, for the money is very nice. And you can natively stream on the Xgimi in 4K on their Youtube app. And it is beautiful. So as long as you can play discs, use their native apps. You are good to go. But I do a ton of viewing through my Roku units. So this stinks for me. Also, one complaint about the remote is lack of backlight. For an otherwise very nice and very simple remote, there simply isn't any excuse for this in 2022. None.... Again, my 10 plus year old Viewsonic remote is more complete and backlit. So in conclusion, you are getting an almost perfect entry level 4K projector with this unit. With the exception of the non backlit remote. And the unit not having HDMI 2.1. Along with a slightly weaker than anticipated lumens. And an auto keystone for me, that just never worked properly, so I had to manually adjust it every time and turn off auto keystone in the menu, or it messes the screen up, every time I turn the projector on. Which takes about 3-5 minutes to manually correct each time it messes up the screen. Can I recommend the upgrade for $1500-$1800? Well, that depends. You can easily get 4K projectors for under $1K now. a few models actually. But they have many less features. And most are not true 4K. They are usually all some sort of pixel shifting technology. If you are coming from a 720P or less projector, my answer is a definitive yes, this is worth it. If you are coming from something similar to my Viewsonic Pro 8200 which simply holds its own against this for about 1/3 the cost, then I would say no. And a pretty firm no. I would recommend that exact unit for the time being. Because it is such a good buy. I have over 7K hours on my Viewsonic. And the only thing I did was change the bulb in all that time, for literally $28. And the bulb was still working at 6K hours. Just starting to get dimmer. And I did blow out the dust from inside. But that is it. It has absolutely been very well worth the $550 I paid for it brand new. Had I known these shortcomings before I purchased this projector, I would have likely held off for a while longer. For an updated model. Or for these updates to be made to this model. I do like the projector a lot. But I just found myself being less excited than I had been expecting to be for a long time, after researching projectors in this price range. I do think for the money, it literally is the best option available right now. And I did research many units and brands. But it still is not quite that perfect high end, entry level 4K, yet. I will likely keep this unit for a good while. As I am not someone who has to upgrade every single year to the newest and greatest. But I will also keep my Viewsonic, either for outside parties. Or put it in one of my other rooms in my home. But it has been such a good projector, I cannot simply just get rid of it. Which brings me to my last point. The Xgimi runs super quiet. Like 1/3 as loud as the Viewsonic. That is one area where it is vastly superior. The noise floor on it, is miles ahead of my old unit.

Awesome projector with a good collection of features. The picture quality is fantastic, the ease of use to setup a good picture (size, skew, etc), solid speakers with decent sound quality. The con is one but an annoying one, the projector is not “authorized” to stream Netflix via the Netflix app, but there is a work around; which to the point there’s a formal instruction included with the projector.

Bought this projector for the Super Bowl party and couldn’t believe the incredible picture it put out. Everyone was super impressed! This is now my everyday TV. Massive size screen. Super easy to set up. The auto focus is amazing for a perfect picture every time. Highly recommend!

Beautiful picture quality and very bright. Can even he used in the daytime with sunlight through the windows. Latency for gaming is decent but not great

I saw this awesome projector at a Party. Unbelievable the gaint projection screen (100" or more). Harman Kardon speaker built in, no need external audio equipment. So cooooool, like it.

It’s great for what we use it for.we mainly use to take with us to watch sports on the weekends. Picture is clear, is super portable, and easy to setup. Only complaint is you can’t use a Netflix app.

This is a great little projector, picture is very good, very quiet fan, love the auto focus and auto keystone features.
