The box and iteams were all boxed and secure and tight and with out damage

Recently received the new M2. I love it! The camera is a game changer for me. I have another xTool product that does not have a camera and my production time is much slower. I am constantly making sure alignment is right. I love the fact that I can print and cut and still engrave. This new machine has cut my production time in half for a number of my projects.

After using it for a while now it has the same great quality I expect from XTOOL, just like the F2 Ultra UV that I own. Great reliable products!

I am a newbie to the laser world. So far I am really appreciating the machine and how simple it is to use it. While there is a learning curve associated with it, the software makes that process so much easier than just by guessing.

I really like this engraver especially combined with the inkjet. I main 2 dislike about it is. The ink doesn't last as long as prompted and would like to see a easier way to remove and clean up debris with inside the machine

I purchased the xTool M2 because I love the dual heads with laser and inkjet modules. I've been having so much fun playing around with this laser, it's great. It's really exceeded my expections and I'm happy to share the functionality of this machine with all my friends!

Although I have bet mastered the rotary yet , only because I haven't had time. This machine can do something amazing things. Couldn't be happier that I got it.

Great so far. I have had for about a month now and it's been fun learning and doing jobs.

I'm new to xTool but not lasers. Decided to make the switch to the M2 because of the versatility of this device. I am loving it so far! Learning how to use Studio has been a challenge a few times but I like the software. I have done some engraving, print then cut on basswood and engraved some metal pieces. The ease of changing out laser heads is great. The camera system has been a lifesaver when wanting to use scrap wood. I am enjoying learning everything that I can with my new M2. I did not purchase the rotary attachment and am seriously considering doing so very soon.

This machine opens up so many opportunites for my business. So many differnt projects to take advantage of!

Great machine so far, makes cutting easier and fun to try a whole new craft ideas. Wish more tutorials were out already on different settings and how-to's though. But great machine nonetheless.

I am absolutely blown away by this M2 laser. It is the absolute most user friendly laser right out of the box. Hands down, a great company and the customer service is on point.
