The Lock and handle bundle looks very appealing and the reviews were great, my only issue is that the lock has not been installed. I purchased a installation which was scheduled for December 30. I was given three different windows and no one ever showed,called aor tried to contact me. I called on December 31 to check my installation status qnd and was given a new window were again no one showed, called or contacted me
