This Yale Assure Lock ticked every box I needed. Lever handle for ease of opening as we age and don't have the dexterity needed for to turn knob handles. Matte black. Key pad entry with ability to hand out key codes to family/guests that I can eliminate when gone. Easy to install in my metal door without a deadbolt. The one drawback is that the strike plate hole for the latch did not match the location of my old strike plate and latch hole. So I used the old brass strike plate and spray painted it black. Unfortunately where the latch scrapes the strike plate the paint soon wore away. But it is not seen except for the brief moment the door is opened. A month installed and no problems.

Good product. My second Yale purchase. Easy set-up. It didn't come with the smart module that would allow app use. Disappointing, but still a good purchase. The wake function is a bit temperamental, but not a big deal.

Love them! Easy to use, comfortable grip, and they look really good on my doors.

Very nice smart door lock. Easy to install and works as expected. Love not having to carry keys around to access my house.

This is an excellent keyless option if replacing an old door knob vs. deadbolt. The only issue is, the Best Buy description says it can be used with the App; however it cannot. It needed a module and there is not a module in the packing. We called Yale and they confirmed a module would be needed to sync with the app. We went back to Best Buy telling them a module was not in the packaging of the item. They advised it does not come with this item and cannot be purchased separately. The wording of this item is a bit misleading. It still works great, just not by an app.

This has NO app access and no Bluetooth. All lies on the description!

The packaging says it’s compatible with home kit and google home, but what it doesn’t tell you on the box or on any of the instructions included in the packaging is that you’ll need to buy the orange networking module for it to do so. This one only has the black wifi module that will allow you to use the yale app. Will be at the store at 10am to return the two locks i bought.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service team, specifically Hiram and Otto. Despite following their repeated instructions to reset my device multiple times, they ultimately refused to honor the warranty because the item was purchased as an open box. This lack of support and accountability is unacceptable. I recommend looking for a better product from a more reputable company. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
