I bought this Bluetooth audio receiver to stream music from smartphones/tablets to stereo receiver unit. The device provides pretty good range (up to 30ft and through the stairs and walls). The audio output from the device is done through digital coax, and the sound quality is great. Highly recommended to Bluetooth-enable your existing audio receiver units.

The sound from this is fantastic. I used a USB outlet plug to plug this into a wall, since I am using it with an older receiver (that I use as a dedicated music station) that has no USB ports. Super easy to use and set up, as well.

It was a convenient way to add Apt-X Bluetooth to my parents' AV receiver. How easy it is to add to your setup depends on your setup, but all you need to do is plug the digital coaxial cable in then find a way to plug in the USB cable for power. My parents' AV receiver lacked a USB port to use for power, but they had a spare USB power adapter that could be used.

I am so happy I made the purchase, it's installation to my Yamaha RX-V475 was easy, giving a great and full sound that feels the room and entire house. Don't make the mistake of getting one of them small Bluetooth speakers that give you the sound of a AM radio. Get this adapter and use with your home system for a full rich music experience.

My Yamaha receiver didn't have Bluetooth. This was the perfect addition. I can now stream songs without having to buy a new receiver.

Very simple and reliable component for receiver, but you may need to purchase a wall electrical socket to usb power adapter, $4 adder unless you have a spare phone charger available, should your receiver lack a usb connection.

This is a "must have" for anyone with a bluetooth electronic sorage device for music! I use it to connect to my iPad and I love the flexibility that provides it affords. I can in another room and select any song I have stored on the iPad and hear it immediately! i can also control the volume from my iPad so if the phone rings, voila touch the screen and lower the volume!!!! My iPad will shuffle play all the music stored, but I love the ability to select any song I want to hear at any given moment! I can also connect my bluetooth iPod, and iPhone!

Play music from your smartphone wirelessly without internet or any other connection. It works out of the box and doesn’t need any extra set up. It’s made for Yamaha and works great with brand.

This Bluetooth module works as described, and for me, it provides a bridge from the RX-A750 (with built-in Bluetooth) in my bedroom to the RX-A1040 (without Bluetooth) in the living room. If you have a receiver without built-in Bluetooth, this does the trick.

Wow, I am really impressed with this product. It sounds great, has amazing range, and the pairing with my phone is unbelievably seamless. This is one of the best electronic devices I've ever purchased. I highly recommend it. Reading this I realize it sounds like one of those fake reviews, but it is legit, I promise.
