The sound bar is one of the most important upgrades to for me. Just upgraded TV, Consoles, Router and Soundbar. Did all my homework and thought picking the newest LG 5.4 with rear speakers I was going to do the trick and after two days it did not literally zero low end base and kind of a pain. but great clarity. Did some more homework decided to go off the grid I should’ve known better went with Yamaha and this sound bar without the rear speakers sounds amazing and the base I can feel it in all the rooms in the first floor best purchase I’ve made so far, Ty Yamaha!! Excuse the mess in the pics. I had to leave Cable management for another day. 

This Yamaha soundbar and bass not only sound great but also aesthetically look pleasing to the eye. I like that it comes with a remote but also an app so you can control it from your phone. Sound quality is perfect for the space that I live in. In my opinion this Yamaha sound bar it's worth the price as well as worth purchasing.

Love this Yamaha Sound bar, the set up was flawless. More products should function like this, come straight out of the box with an app for your phone that works and a remote that works.

The sound is nice for movies and stereo. So far, so good. I especially like the option to have clear voice since some older movies can tend to have more distorted voices.

Greatest investment I could have done!! We use it for the tv or if we have a get together with friends and family connect to it with Bluetooth and have the party set!!

Not bad, sounds good, but I would like a bit voice fidelity on the speakers, subwoofer sounds good for it's size

After reading a Pro Review of the Yamaha SR B40A and had to buy it. It decodes Dolby Atmos and replicates it with it's own DSP technology. I love the CLEAR dialogue when engaging "clear voice" and the 6.5" Subwoofer with YST ll technology produces the DEEPEST CLEAN BASS for a soundbar/Sub combo under $400. I love cranking up music (hearing every instrument), watching shows and sports games, and watching Movies with spectacular theater-like sound. Works flawlessly.
