Door designed to prevent molding
The front panel is held shut by a magnetic strip at the top of the bread storage container. A small gap of roughly 0.3" runs along the base of the bread box, allowing just enough airflow to keep baked goods fresh.
Creates additional storage space
The rectangular design with its flat top allows for additional space on top for kitchen storage or even small applicances like a toaster oven.
