This machine works great. I only gave 4 stars because it is louder than I would like so I typically just run it at night time and it blends into the white noise. I am also not fond of the fact that the bucket has to be full for the pump option to kick in but I guess that’s probably how these units work. Other than that this works great for my whole home as ai place it in the walk out basement. I have a 3k sqft house and only have to place some small units in closets that are closed off to the rest of the house lay out.

Have had to call customer service as "clean filter" light was illuminated and wouldn't go off even after I cleaned it. After turning off for a couple weeks, the bucket filled, even when the hose was hooked up. I emptied it and then it went through the hose. I like that when working, it keeps my big basement drier.
