There is a lot of useful information regarding stretches and moves. The disappointment is in that it is offered in long slow moving descriptions separated by group for parts of the body. While trying to do it to the instruction I ended up hurting in my upper body/shoulder blades and neck for it moved too quickly to the next move before actually grasping the technique. If you you have time to study the whole dvd and come up with a routine just for you then you might like this dvd. For me I prefer a routine with detailed instruction as you do the routine specified for each part of the body at 20 - 30 minutes per routine Ex: Upper Body, Lower Body, Stretching, etc. This is one of those purchases I wish you could see a sample video before buying because once opened there's no returning it. It will probably set on the shelf since watching it through complete.
