Love the phone... I was looking for an upgrade from my A03 and A15. This is very much what i think i needed. I was assited by staff i think they did an amazing job . I had been spending a week trying to just replace my phone an everywhere i went it was just overly conplicated some how or way. They made it very easy an stress free. I was in an out! Absolutely made my day! The phone i have had zero problems ! It is faster an a phone i am familiar with its previous versions! The pictures come out lovely, i definitely needed a phone that has camera quality! Look forward to my next upgrade by just going over there. I do hope they do have more of a selection the next time around. I was looking for the S series or even the A56 or anything above the A16. I at the same time replaced another line with an iphone an i actually prefer this phone... go figure Strangest part of it all i was headed to target to get the phone they told me they had i got there ... obv no phone so thank God there was a best by right outside of targets door across the parking lot.

This phone is pretty nice. Ive always enjoyed samsung phones and how they work, only issue is its just a little glitchy... other than that, it works well!

One of the best phones I ever bought. And One of the best places I ever shopped. I had a person come right up to me as soon as I walked in. Is the service a best buy fantastic. But as far as talking about my phone Is the galaxy sixteen. Is awesome for the price. I would recommend this phone to anyone. It has so many options in it. I'm still trying to figure it all out. Fantastic, worked perfectly for my Samsung A16 phone!

I've had the cover on this phone for a few weeks. There's a slight scratch on it because I just throw my phone in my purse.

For added protection for my Samsung Galaxy A17 5g phone screen, i ordered a Zagg-Glass+ Defense Screen Protector from Best Buy. Was very easy to install on phone with a phone tray that came included in the package with the Zagg Screen Protector. You simply clean your phone's screen with a cleaner cloth included in package, and dry it with a lint free micro-fiber small cloth also included, and a sticky sticker to get any lint or dust you may have leftover on your phone's screen, which also was included in the package. Then simply put your phone in tray, which had tabs on top and bottom of the tray that helps you easily align the screen protector over your phone screen perfectly, very simple to do. I highly recommend this Zagg screen protector for added protection against scratches or cracks on your phone's screen! Thank you for a quality product!!!

Durable, protective and very clear. Sturdy and easy to install

I struggled over this purchase considerably. I'm not someone who has the cash to spend on a mere extra piece of glass that's allegedly going to protect my display. I think it was $25-$30 when I purchased it. I'm so glad I allowed myself this one! What they really don't seem to mention at initial purchase is: you're not paying that $25-$35 for that one sheet of glass. That price is FOR LIFE! That piece of glass gets the slightest blemish and you can bring it back in to Best Buy and walk out with a brand-new replacement protector for $0! As a result of this purchase, my current phone is the one I've kept the longest and the display on it is absolutely pristine! I'm a fan of stylus/pen combos and have experienced minor problems using them on this protector but the problems were usually caused by the stylus nib tearing from use. It was never the protector that caused the issue. The box comes with everything you could possibly wish for to complete installation easily AND flawlessly! I would HIGHLY recommend the one-time investment for lifelong protection!

Saved my cellphone screen from 4lbs of two metel squares getting accidentally dropped on my phone from a approximate drop of 4ft to the screen of my cellphone where it was sitting on the cement next to me . Comes with easy to install instructions all necessary components and a great plastic guide for perfect installation of screen protector no trying to get it perfectly aligned by hand

The screen protector is very clear with no impact on the touch screen. It has already survived a few drops and operates exceptionally. Easy to clean and fingerprints are less noticeable.

Great product, and so easy to put on!!! They include a plastic form tray to cover your phone so you don't have to stress about getting it centered and on correctly. I was so impressed with how easy it was and how well they designed it. The Screen protector is on perfectly and working great!! Would definitely recommend!

The protective glass is super. Aside from protecting the phone from breaking, I have noticed that it does not smear or scratch easily. Needless to say I highly recommend it.
