[Employee of bestbuy] There's no cutout for the front microphone hole and the install guide doesn't fit properly, it holds down the power button. This was definitely a rushed release to have something in the market when they probably could've just used the previous years ipad pro screen protectors if this is their solution.

I have always used Zagg's and loved them. This time it was a real problem. Bought a 13 inch ipad air. Had the screen saver put on it. Could not access Siri and the selfie camera. After extensive hours and going back to Best Buy, we discovered that the screen saver was covering the mic and selfie camera. A lot of money and time wasted trying to figure this out. Apparently no one made accessories for this size of an ipad. Very disappointed in Zagg and Best Buy. Zagg says that they are working one and should have them ready for sale the beginning of July.

The glass is easy to clean and was installed by the very kind and helpful employees! So patient with a very non-techie person!

Was unable to keep this screen protector due to the one recommended and installed by Best Buy was not compatible. After returning two, I figured out it was covering the microphone on the front of the iPad Air 13in.

How are you guys foing to make something that doesn’t even work right. You didnt make a cut out fornthe camera and microphone. So when i do film reveiws they cant hear me because the microphone is covered. Absolutely bush league stuff. I got the XTR3 one but already left a more generous review. It wont let me edit it. So here we are. Unreal.

This is a $60 screen protector that covers the front microphone on the ipad. Not well thought out.

If you have the nerve to charge $60 for a plastic sheet it better at least work for the device it is meant to protect.
