Customer Ratings & Reviews

I really like the screen protector my favorite things about it is the forever warranty. My least favorite thing is that it’s really not that durable. But you can always get a new one. They have stronger ones, just have to read the packaging and they won’t come with privacy but they all come with the same warranty.

Great for personal use in rooms or meetings to have no wondering eyes to see what you are doing on your phone and life time guarantee. Cracks or breaks the completely cover and ask if they can replace to ensure that product is on properly.

Screen protector looked and felt nice, the 1st time the phone dropped (new iPhone 16) the screen protector broke and cracked in a web pattern. <2 weeks from purchase date!

I love this screen protector. The privacy screen is perfect and I don’t have to replace the screen as often.

I’ve tried out many screen protectors and this is second to none, my phone slipped out my pocket while I was at the top of a highschool stadium and screen protector was cracked but my phone screen was perfectly fine. It has a really good privacy screen too

I purchased a ZAGG screen protector from Best Buy because it was advertised with a lifetime replacement guarantee. When my screen protector needed to be replaced, I went to my local Best Buy expecting them to honor that guarantee as they had in the past. Instead, I was told that Best Buy no longer replaces that particular ZAGG model. My options were to contact ZAGG directly, accept a lower-quality replacement with only a $10 credit, or pay an additional $10 for a stronger privacy screen protector. I didn't want a privacy screen protector, but I also didn't want to downgrade the protection on my phone, so I felt pressured into paying extra for a product I never wanted. I contacted Best Buy customer service to explain that this wasn't consistent with the lifetime guarantee that influenced my original purchase. Unfortunately, the response was essentially, "too bad." There was no meaningful attempt to honor the original promise or provide an equivalent replacement at no additional cost. A lifetime guarantee should not disappear simply because a retailer changes how it handles replacements. If the original product is no longer available, customers should receive an equivalent replacement without being forced to pay more or accept an inferior product. This experience has left me disappointed in Best Buy's customer service and much less confident in the value of the warranties and guarantees they promote.

Very durable, private and prevents the screen from being damaged.

Easy to install with No bubbles. Very strong have dropped often & kept phone protected! Like the added privacy for when kids are trying to see what you are doing.

Very nice screen protector and privacy feature is great

This screen protector is excellent. It fits my iPhone perfectly and provides strong protection while remaining lightweight and barely noticeable on the screen. The glass is clear, smooth, and maintains the quality and responsiveness of the original display. It feels durable and provides great peace of mind for everyday use. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the quality and would highly recommend it.

It was easy to install works great good price will recommend

[Employee of bestbuy] Love the screen protector strong and privacy screen blocks off everything

Great durability and ease of installation and superb privacy.

Good quality product. Glass seems to hold it strong . I dropped the phone a few times and glass has not scratches.

I don't know how many times I've dropped my phone and my screen remains fully protected.

I’ve tried plenty of screen protectors, but the ZAGG one stands out above the rest. Installation was easy, with zero bubbles or dust. The clarity is crystal clear — it’s like it’s not even there! Touch sensitivity remains perfect, and it does an amazing job resisting fingerprints and scratches. I’ve already dropped my phone once, and the screen protector absorbed the impact like a champ — no cracks or damage. Highly recommend if you want premium protection without compromising the look or feel of your screen. Worth every penny!

Always a wonderful product. Works well and last long.

The ZAGG screen protector is excellent quality—clear, responsive, and durable. What really sets it apart is the unlimited lifetime warranty. When my protector cracked, I simply submitted a claim online, paid a small shipping fee, and received a brand-new replacement quickly. It’s reassuring to know that as long as I own my phone, ZAGG will stand behind their product. Highly recommend for anyone who wants reliable protection and hassle-free support.

I like this screen protector for privacy and for protection from dropping my phone.

Great product and has protected my phone from being damaged that’s all I can ask for and then they replaced the screen under the warranty. Great customer service!!
