Loved It… Until It Started Cracking Like a Drama Series I genuinely love this screen protector—especially the privacy feature. It’s like having sunglasses for your phone, and it’s been great for keeping nosy folks from peeking at my texts. BUT… I bought it about two months ago, and now the bottom of the screen is cracking like it’s trying to escape my phone. Not ideal. I’ll be contacting support to see what the return or warranty process looks like, and I’ll update once I hear back. Fingers crossed this gets sorted, because I really wanted this to be my ride-or-die screen protector.

What can I say......it's protective, it's private, PERFECT! I love it!

[Employee of bestbuy] i love this screen protector. The lifetime warranty and the longevity of the screen protector will keep me buying them forever! Best buy definitely will keep me coming back with these awesome deals. I am very clumsy, and almost always drop my phone, and no cracks on my actual phone screen have surfaced, the screen protector takes all the damage!

We have used Zagg on all our families phone for years. They work well and Zaggs 100% replacement policy with their products keeps us purchasing their products with every new phone.

This was an excellent purchase. Not only does it protect my privacy but even more important, the company's warranty is great. Whenever the screen protector gets cracked, the replacement is seamless. My entire family have been using this on our phones for years

[Employee of bestbuy] I rlly like this screen protector, keeps the screen private don’t have to worry about anyone looking at my screen with my brightness up.

I love the privacy satisfaction that it gives me. The quality is amazing

[Employee of bestbuy] Free replacement is awesome and the protector lasts a while.

Good quality took 3 falls b4 it cracked bout to go get my free one!!!

Great screen protector while adding privacy factor to keep prying eyes from seeing what is on your screen.

Maytag washer snags clothes and causes runs. Have to contact Maytag/Whirlpool not Best Buy to fix.

I got this about a month ago, but it cracked after an accidental drop during the first week of use. If you need a more heavy-duty protector with better longevity, this probably isn't the best choice.

broke almost instantly terrible waste of money do not buy

Protector started cracking with one fall inside the car. Rip off, Zagg wont even warranty it.

Dont waste your money completely broken after one drop

Bad. All the lines are light bad bad bad bad bad bad

The screen didn’t last as long as I would have liked, before it cracked. Also, the viewing angles get old after a while. I do not like that you can only see things until a certain point. If you are really paranoid about what you watch this typical screen protector would be good for you, but I’m not ever watching or doing anything that requires that level of secrecy. On the plus side for this particular brand Best Buy will replace it for the life of the phone. I still ended up buying a clear screen protector, but if the new one cracks I’ll just get it replaced.

The screen protector fits my iPhone 16 Pro very well and provides good privacy when I use my phone in public. The screen is still clear when viewed directly, and the touch response works smoothly. Installation was simple, and the protector feels durable and well made. I am very satisfied with it and would recommend it

The privacy screen protector not only assures you that your device won't be damaged if it falls, but it also provides security measures to prevent people from seeing information readily on your device, giving you an added layer of protection and privacy. This protector is excellent, and I recommend it highly.

I’m very happy with this screen protector. The ZAGG Glass Elite Privacy Screen Protector fits my iPhone 16 Pro perfectly and feels very sturdy and high quality. The privacy feature works great—my screen is clearly visible to me, but it’s dark from side angles, which gives me peace of mind in public spaces. The glass is smooth and responsive, so it doesn’t interfere with touch or clarity, and it still allows the screen to look sharp and bright. Installation was easy, and it went on without bubbles. Overall, this is a great product that does exactly what it promises. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for screen protection with added privacy.
