I purchased the ZAGG Glass Elite Screen Protector for my iPhone 16 Pro and have been very happy with it. As a Best Buy Total Tech (Geek Squad) member, Best Buy installed it for me, which made it a great experience—perfect alignment and no bubbles. The screen remains crystal clear, and touch sensitivity feels just like the original display. It also does a good job resisting fingerprints and everyday wear. Overall, it’s a high-quality screen protector that works exactly as expected. I’d definitely recommend it.

I am very happy with my ZAGG Screen protector for my Iphone 16 Pro. I have had to replace once, but the phone did take a bad fall and the screen protector did save the phone. So one Pro and Con- price does seem a bit spendy but since it saved an expensive phone it was well worth it. I do believe the price competes well with other screens. I have also purchased a ZAGG- Glass+Screen Protector for my granddaughters Samsung Galaxy phone. Pro-it has held up very well with the constant use and falls. So I have purchased more and probably will again. So far I am very happy with the way the ZAGG screen protector has held up.

Application process is fast and easy, and each time I’ve been helped by friendly workers. All around incredible experience.

Great service taking off the old screen protector and installing a new one. Very informative person doing the install and provided additional tips on managing the iPhone.

I have used Zagg shields from 2018 to 2025 up until May of this year. I was in a hurry and got one from the AT&T store and it cracked within 2 days. Big mistake. But buying the Zagg protectors from Best Buy, I've had much better product quality and customer service experience with Best Buy as well! And with an installation fee of only $8 (free for me since I'm a Best Buy Total Rewards member), it's super convenient, and any time it cracks, they'll replace it for free in store! I'll never go with anything but a Zagg from Best Buy!

When I got home from the store and put my new phone case on I noticed my screen protector was cracked straight through the middle . Now I have to waste gas and go back . Also not knowing if they have them in stock.

This screen protector is so fragile, this could be a better durable product but it’s not

This screensaver started to disintegrate at the corner of my screen - literally crumbled. It has only been in my pocket or purse - It has cracks at the bottom - I have no idea where they came from. This is the worst screensaver I have ever used. It was installed one month ago.

I went in to get a screen protector done because it was cracked, and instead of removing the old one they just replaced a new one over the broken one. When we went up to confront them about it, and they were rude and said it was already broken.

This is my 3rd one that has chipped in a year. This last one lasted a week and I didn’t drop it or bang it
