Q: Are these compatible with speck cases?
A: My daughter has several cases and all of them fit without any issue. The concern would be if the case has a cover over the screen. I'm not sure if it would fit correctly if so. No cover over the screen then it should fit fine.

A: Yes you contact the company, give your credit card for a hold,when you receive the new Zagg in the mail, return the cracked or scratched one in the prepaid envelop. Once processed the hold will be removed and your money returned.

A: All you have to do is call ZAGG customer care at 1 (800) 700-9244 and they will help you get a replacement. They will charge you $5.99 shipping (which isn’t bad considering the price for a new one). They will also tell you that they will keep your card on file because they will give you 60 days to return the damaged screen protector (in a pre-paid envelope), if you don’t return it in those 60 days they will charge your card for the price of a new one. I have been dealing with ZAGG for five years. Hope this helps.
