Don't buy anything from Best Buy

Since I still do not have the Zephry Island Range that I purchased in November without knowledge that it would take over two weeks to receive until after I paid for it. I would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from Pacific Appl. and/or Best Buy

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand delivery timing is important. Your order was received by Zephyr on November 25 and shipped the next business day, November 26. Large appliances are shipped by freight, not standard parcel, and delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks depending on carrier scheduling and retailer coordination.
