Total Texh betrayal
On of the 4 lights is not working out of the box. Installed by Best Buy. Best Buy wants me to go through the factory warranty even though it came defective, I have Total Tech, and I have a 2 year service warranty. I have always been told that if I had their service contract I would not have to go through the company. I feel let down. It is also very loud. Even on the lowest setting. Vent a Hood is much quieter.
