Q: How do you remove the roll out shelves on the wine side of the wine beverage cooler
A: Hello, Removing the Wooden Shelves 1. Open the door completely and remove all the contents loaded on the shelf, if applicable. 2. Pull the shelf towards yourself until it has fully extended outward 3. The shelf has plastic posts on both sides as indicated in the diagram below. While facing the unit, press the plastic post on the right side down while pulling up on the left plastic post. 4. Q: Can this be placed under the counter?
A: Yes, I have mine under a counter.
A: The manufacturer claims 38dBA. All I can tell you is that mine is super quiet. I have mine installed under the kitchen island and I can only hear it when there is absolutely no other noises in the room. But it is not annoying, just a gentle hum when the compressor is running. The circulating fan does come on and off very frequently as others have noted but my wife can't even hear that when it happens. We are very pleased with the unit.
