STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. I purchased this unit in December 2024. By February 2025, it had completely failed—it just died. The manufacturer sent a technician to assess the issue and confirmed the unit was beyond repair. After several weeks of waiting—first for the technician, then for the replacement—Zephyr finally sent a new unit. Fast forward to August 2025: the second unit failed in exactly the same way, almost to the day. At this point, I’m hoping Zephyr will do the right thing and issue a full refund.
