ZLINE unexpected design change
Love the quality and value. Disappointed in ZLINE as they changed the low profile burner grates to a higher profile - different than what was advertised, promoted and ordered. We had no clue of the change until the unit was delivered for installation. When we contacted ZLINE they indicated that they had a design change and if we wanted lower profile grates it would be a custom order and we would have to pay for them. Not what I would expect from a customer satisfaction perspective. Kept the unit and have no issues. Still leaves a bit of disappointment in our minds. Not any fault of BestBuy.

Great, beautiful and functional cooktop!!
Excellent cooktop. The 18000 BTU burner was super powerful. This is definitely a beautiful and functions piece of equipment. The brass burners are a sight to behold. Best Buy tech installed it easily.
