The range hood looks great! Looks awesome for the price. The stainless can be a little difficult to clean after install but not a big deal. The programming to the buttons seems to be off. The fourth speed button runs the fan slower than at the second speed which is weird. Other than that it works great. The LED lights are super bright and adjustable. Would recommend for the price.

Great hood at a great price
Looks great and works well. On par with the Zephyr hood I’ve used in other homes, and was a big savings. I prefer the filters used here over Zephyr. Definitely would buy again.

First of all, I was glad that the item was delivered within a week of the order and the delivery and installation for all the rest was over a month later. That was a little disappointing. The only downside I would note is the light rattling sound it makes on the lower settings

Dissapointing

We bought this for a new construction home and upon arrival the box looked fine and all the pieces looked good. It wasnt until it was time to put it in that we noticed the top coveres were bent and unusable, it was past the 15 day return period so best buy wouldnt do anything about it. Also the plastic film over most of the product is extremely hard to remove. Overal the actual prodcut is decent for the price, the bad review is more on best buy.

DO NOT BUY! COMES DAMAGED! We decided not to open the box until we had to install the hood and noticed a dent on the side. Called Best Buy and they said there is nothing they could do.
