Was installed and while it looks good and everything turns on, the vent does not blow, just gives an electric hum. There are no units for replacement from zline (so best buy cant help) and zline wont pick up the phone it refers to email which they havent answered in over a week.

I order this hood for the look and the power. but you need to know if you have a 8 foot ceiling you have to spend an extra $50 to $80 for a chimney because the one who came as default is too long. I do not understand why you do not have the the option to select other ceiling size.
