Went through four attempts to get a good one to no avail. Damage in corners of black porcelain areas every time which were clearly not shipping damage. We gave up and went Whirlpool.

I gave it a four simply because your shipping process needs help. I’m willing to accept the small little chips but both units that were shipped or damaged.
