The model number for the extension is 1PCEXT-KN. We also have an extension for 10 - 12 ft ceiling if needed, that will be 2PCEXT-KN. Awesome
Was shipped to me in a timely manner. Due to it being glass, the package was perfectly secure inside the large box. The product looks great, and I can't wait to see it in our new kitchen.
