Beautiful and elegant, this will look great in any kitchen, it has completely modernized our look and it can for you to. We highly recommend and it is a great value. The air rate is strong and the under lights are especially bright.

Check the item in the box BEFORE you install - can

Item came with no manual, no screws and was missing the small grease cup, which installer completely missed as well. We only figured it out later. . It was the most nightmarish experience i ever had with best buy subcontractor- we have used this same sun for other BB purchases and never had this kind of experience. Installer presumably used his own screws. I have attached the piece that is missing.

Poor Quality

I have to warn the next buyer to move on and find something else. This was 1000k and the quality is so poor. The box was in tact. The packaging was decent, however it arrived dented in 2 obvious places. Too late to do anything about it because all of the interior duct work had already been done. To add insult to injury, at this price it doesn't even have a filter. I do not recommend this product. I didn't see it in the store. These days we take what we can get. Let me do you the favor and save your money.

This hood looks awesome and works well. Love the lights and fan speed modes. Has buttons on both sides which is nice

do not waste your money

it came dented twice! it took me months to get a third one and it was also dented! Does not come with proper instructions, no filters inside and best buy does not replace parts for this item. This why is about 1K less than the other hoods

Additionally, none of our range hoods come with charcoal filters included, as this is a specific type of installation and only some customers will convert their range hoods to be recirculating. Buyer Beware if you have 8 ft ceiling

This hood comes standard with 19 inch chimney pieces which prevent it from being installed at a desirable height without cutting. Get yourself a sheet metal expert or don't buy this if you have an 8 foot ceiling. Zline doesn't have adequate solutions if you call.

We wanted a modern look and have never owned an island cooktop or over the range hood until now. The exhaust system was setup by the geek squad and we’re happy with the overall outcome.

RIDICULOUS that this item came with NO DIRECTIONS for installation whatsoever, and it came so damaged the first time, I had to return. It also came damaged the second time , but I just couldn't go through all the hassles again, so I kept it. Basically I will NEVER use Best Buy again.
