Looking to complete a remodel with a focal point and chose this hood. We were and are impressed. The quality, fit, and finish of the hood are same or better than hoods costing twice as much. Pros: 4 hinged baffle filters, 4 swivel puck lights, 400 cfm, controls are on front and back of the hood, customer service is excellent. Cons: wish the lights had 2 settings and were slightly brighter. Installation makes sense when you have it layed out...the instructions can be confusing. 42" hood placed over a 36" Bosch cooktop and we have no odors which I find impressive. The hood evacuates the smoke and odors efficiently and the sound is very acceptable (still carry on a normal conversation). With an 8' ceiling, the hood will sit 36" off the cooktop, no higher without modifications.

It's been months since our old range hood stopped working. Our kitchen has been uncomfortably hot at smelly since then. Thanks to our new range hood, our kitchen is back to its normal state. It's slightly bigger than the old unit and more appealing.

This will be the last time I'm replacing my range hood. I'm 67 and I know this range hood is going to last for decades. Premium materials are expected to be able to withstand wear. It's also very pretty, makes my kitchen look more professional.

Every time I visit this website, I always find something interesting. I bought a stove last month and it's a stunner. Now I need a microwave and I noticed there are a few new faces. I bet they are all great choices too.

It came damaged and Best Buy is not honoring it! Appalling.
