The Viking 7-Series sealed-burner all gas range touts one of the largest oven cavities in the industry with 6 different cooking modes and 6 oven rack positions. The oven is heated with a 30,000 BTU U-shaped burner for maximum coverage in the oven cavity, for faster pre-heat and more even cooking. The oversized infrared Broiler provides intense searing heat for broiling applications.
This 48” Induction range has 6 high-power heating zones with maximum power output of 3700W, Bridge Element, 4.6 cubic feet self-cleaning oven with dual convection fan, 2.4 cubic feet auxiliary oven, 7 shelf levels, digital gauge, temperature probe, telescopic glides, soft-close doors, air-frying mode, removable cast-iron griddle is included. An optional Collezione Metalli décor sets knobs and handles are available in contrasting metals - satin gold and black nickel - for aesthetic customization.
