Came damaged front and back. Looks it was damaged before it even was put in the box

We got our package yesterday. At last we can now let go of the old range hood, which has been a source of anxiety (and fun) for the family for weeks. My kids call it Mr. Chuckle because it creates a sound that resembles a child's laughter for about a minute or two after being switched on. The new one is pretty quiet and looks amazing too.

My husband and I we're done with the rustic, intricate Mediterranean kitchen style, so we decided to shift to a more modern, industrial kitchen. One of the defining element is this amazing range hood. It goes well with the stove, dishwasher, and the sink. All we need to do now is get rid of the cabinets and put up the shelves for a simpler look.

I've never purchased a range hood before because the houses we've moved to came with one. So when our range hood broke down I had to do some reading. Thanks to a colleague who showed me this site, I am able to find this beauty. I didn't know it's not a very complicated machine to install and maintain. I love it.

Wish they put more photos of the actual product. When I bought mine, I was worried that it might not look and perform as advertised, or it might come damaged. It turned out fine thought, actually even better than we were expecting. Very easy to install too.
