Great camara. Works as advertised. Can answer the doorbell from anywhere in the world.

Good camera for the price. A little slow on motion alerts and the night time video isn't as clear. Still a good option if you are looking for a video doorbell.

Work fine but the speaker is hard to hear for the person standing in front of the ringer.

I like the doorbell and camera but it would not stay connected to the wifi. Contacted Zmodo customer service and they helped me trouble shoot and finally realized that the software was outdated. Apparently Best Buy had the cameras for too long. Zmodo paid to have the door bell sent back to them and they are shipping me a new one.

Camera works fine but I can’t seem to adjust the sensitivity - it sends alerts when wind hits the bushes.

Delayed response when pressed. Delivery guy is gone by the time my phone rings. Good enough to be a security camera but not as a doorbell.

No more solicitors in my house since their picture gets taken. Also, my ups and fesex packages are secured with surveillance once droopped off

Return this asap. Could not get it synched with my network. Buy a Ring instead.small difference in price and really easy to install and setup.

Love it, I get to scare away solicitors and when I am not home I know who has knocked it left anything near by.

Does not work. Bad product and tried to return it but its company's return policy goes back to "ancient time." Bad idea that this company does not look to the future.

My Brother gave me one of these for Christmas. I put it on the front door. I can check it any time-even away from home and I work odd schedules. It works great! The update to the ZMODO app made it even better, so I bought one for the Back door too and it works great. It took about 12hours for the battery to be charged enough after hooking it up to see it on my network. I am guessing that varies depending on the voltage - but it works fine and now I can see front AND back, listen to the sound outside, save video when it alerts to motion and speak to someone at the door.

The app, product, and installation instructions are all top notch! My neighbor has the Ring for which you can buy a wedge mount bracket, and he is jealous of the quality of the picture and video as well as no requirement for a monthly cloud service. I'm jealous of the wedge mount bracket that this doesn't have. My doorbell faces the knob rather than the walkway, so I had to spend a great deal of time making one. That's the only drawback to this product and the only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars for this. If your existing doorbell faces forward toward your walkway, then installation for this would be a matter of minutes. If you have trouble with too many alerts from cars driving by your house, tilt the camera down toward the ground further. It may not eliminate all of them, but it reduced mine down to one or two a day now. I could adjust further to eliminate them, but I've spent enough time on the bracket.

The camera was easy to install and it came with a line conditioner to hook up to the door bell so the camera gets clean power. When I first installed it the picture was dark but there is a setting in the Zmodo app to adjust for brightness, once I did that the picture is fine. I can see the live feed even if no one rings the bell. It also alerts me if someone is there even if they do not ring the bell. Great product for a reasonable price.
