I purchased one of these in yellow and one in purple for my young granddaughters who like to have cold water in the car. This leaked and spilled cold water all over her shirt. Additionally, I discovered it is sold for $5 less on Amazon. I contacted Best Buy to ask if they could price match. They told me to contact the Zulay Kitchen instead and they were SURE the manufacturer would offer me a credit or a refund. Instead Zulay said the price is set by the store, not by them, and there was nothing they could do. By then it was too late to return it to Best Buy. I am not very happy about paying $15.99 instead of $10.99 for a cup that leaks and being stuck with it. Buyer beware.

I chose this tumbler for the color which is my preschool-age granddaughter's favorite. I was disappointed when she was using it in the car and it spilled all over her shirt. Clearly it does not seal tightly. I'm also extremely disappointed that Amazon sells this for $5 cheaper, yet when I tried to get Best Buy to price match, they told me to contact the seller. The seller told me the stores set the prices and would not issues a refund for the difference.
