Works great so far! I have to say that though the calibration is a nice feature, it wasn't the easiest to figure out and was pretty touchy when I attempted to calibrate it. I don't have a need for the magnetic mount, but I can see that might come in handy in grilling season.

I bought this for when we're grilling. It's easy to use and quick, which is good. However sometimes it's hard to see the temperature in bright sunlight.

Nice little quick read thermometer

This is a good example of a quick stab thermometer. Seems to be accurate with beef and poultry. One a little slow to capture a full read is the only drawback.

I got this for the house cuz i was tired of everyone in the house asking if we got a new thermometer? Every time my daughter would buy those expensive fancy ones it would break in a few weeks.

Purchased this meat thermometer, it works great! Worth the buy. I had replace the old thermometer after many years. This new thermometer works fast in giving the temperature quickly.
