A: Sounds like the bags are safe up to water boiling temperature. I found this from google: Zwilling Fresh & Save vacuum bags are heat resistant up to 212°F and have an easy-zip closure for a tight seal, making them ideal for sous vide cooking. They are also reusable and microwave-safe.
