What a joke of a company

I received my monitor broken. My major complaint with this company is trying to get into contact with anyone that calls themself a customer representative at this company. I spent 3 days calling numerous times and emailed them. Nothing. It wasn't until I scheduled a call back that I finally got one and was able to finally speak with someone. I understand smaller company, less employees, etc. but for me to struggle to have anyone contact me over that type of timeline is ridiculous.

So far so good

Just got it but I like it, really nice having 4 windows open on a single screen. I’ll check back in a few weeks so we shall see, couldn’t beat the price though

All good but….

The screen will randomly go to a black screen. Seems like a common problem when I googled it. Really frustrating, great otherwise.

One loose screw in the back of the panel that didn’t screw/anchor back in Ignored it and no issues arose
