PlayStation 5 Slim Console Digital Edition - 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Bundle

I purchased this as a brand new item, but it arrived with the box already opened and visibly damaged. For collectors, the original packaging and condition of the box are extremely important, and this completely ruins the value and appeal of the product. The seller should ensure items are properly sealed and protected during shipping, especially when advertising “brand new.” Very disappointed with the condition upon arrival.

Refurbished Item Sent

I received a refurbished item instead if a new item as can be seen from the Lenovo registry. I will be attempting to fix this with the vendor before modifying this review.

Wrong Laptop received

According to the specifications on the BestBuy website, the laptop should have a backlit keyboard. The one we received did not. Emailed PC Heaven about this and have not received a reply from them yet.
