Happy with the product and their customer service

After a 5-year hiatus, I picked up the Andromeda AI Gaming PC Spectra, and I'm impressed. Setup was easy and quiet, and the included component checklist showed real attention to detail. Had a minor NVME displacement issue, but customer support was friendly and responsive, even willing to replace it on my word alone. Found it myself, and I'm happily writing this review from the rig now. Small details make a big difference. Highly recommend and PC MR

Satisfied with what it is for choosing a prebuilt.

The pc itself is amazing, all decently reliable parts, and even got a pretty decent psu (thats not always guaranteed with prebuilts.) My only gripe is they ship with FedEx.

Supper happy with my purchase

Happy about the Lifetime support that comes with this. They are very responsive, I told them this was my first gaming PC and they gave me a mouse, keyboard, and mouse pad.

Fantastic Prebuilt and Customer Service

PC works better than I can imagine and they even upgraded the motherboard to a B850 and the WiFi to WiFi 7 for free! Customer service is top notch and PC was delivered before the date promised. Packaging was secure and arrived in perfect shape.

Pc is awesome

Pc runs soo good and quiet right out the box. Played some heavy multiplayer games huge explosions artillery and pc doesn’t bug. Would 100% recommend this build to anyone who’s looking into a prebuilt.

Awesome rig, high quality, great customer service.

Ordered the rig on bestbuy.com but was able to work with the supplier directly for additional upgrades before they shipped the unit. I upgraded the SSD and Ram and they invoiced me directly. PC arrived well packaged and as expected. Customer service was great.
