Great little amplified sub
For a sub with a built in amp it sounds really good, it was easy to install and is compact to fit in any car. for the price you can’t go wrong.

I would give it 6 if I could
Installed in my 15 Cooper Countryman today, and it completely exceed all expectations. The bass amount is crazy given the size, wattage and configuration of the unit. Installation was simple, compared to other subs I have set up in the past, especially because of the ease of connection directly from the wiring harness to whatever L/R speaker wires you choose. Keeping my factory radio was a must, as it is also my speedometer, and using this method I did not even have to remove my dashboard at all! The subwoofer has a pretty wide range of bass types,and was pretty customizable from punchy and hard to low and heavy. Even though its a smaller sealed box, when you turn it up, the bass hits hard and even has moments where it has that ported feel. If your looking for really great bass( the best way to describe it would be my rear view mirror is slightly shaking but not enough to make it a distraction) at a really great price,(mine was an open box, got it for 172!) and a fairly doable diy project( 40$ in supplies and 6 hours of my morning) then this is the subwoofer for you!

Heavy hitting for a great price
The subwoofer actually hits really hard for being just all in one 10 inch. I would highly recommend for anyone just wanting to add some bump that doesn’t care about blowing people‘s hair back.
