Comfortable for a few hours.
Got this to replace a cheaper chair. The lumbar support is good but after a few hours the padding on the seat itself gets stiff. The multiple levers for adjusting the chair are what initially drew me to this chair and the customizability is a plus.

I ordered this office chair in April due to covid-19 had to work from home. It was very easy to assemble it is very comfortable this was a great purchase.

Worth the price!
Whewww First let me say this was the first time I purchase and did a pick up curb side and it was a smooth process good job best buy! I was just so happy to get a chair asap i forgot about assembling and of course they didn't nor could. Soo i got it home and at first was a little intimidating ,,,,,, But it was easier then i thought. it says it doesn't supply a screwdriver but it did supply the tool. i love the chair arm lift - ooh when putting on the arms make sure you have the seat turn up right sitting side up and then slide arms in underneath it does not say on arms which is left or right so this way you know.
