Samsung’s 28 cu. ft. large capacity 3-Door French Door refrigerator is beautifully designed, with sleek-edge doors and AutoFill Water Pitcher. The clean lines and modern form blend beautifully into your kitchen while the fingerprint resistant finish withstands everyday smudges.
A: After struggling with this issue for months my husband finally took the seal under the pitcher rim off, placed a rubber band, it where the seal was, installed the seal back over the rubber band and now it’s working great!
A: On my appliance there is a drain below the auto fill pitcher housing. Unplug that and drain the water out. The wet sensor is stopping the water.
Q: How many ounces does the auto fill pitcher hold? How long does it take to refill?
A: a couple of minutes
Q: Are the doors and drawer removable for narrow delivery?
A: Hi there, I can help with that. The doors are removable by the installer for tight access into your home. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad
Q: Other than the pitcher, does this refrigerator have a water dispenser?
A: I assumed you could remove the pitcher and fill other things. It seems to only fill the pitcher when door is closed. Have not figured out how to fill anything else, like a cup. Can't get water to come out when door is open. Looks like this one is going back and getting the one that does not have the pitcher. I thought they functioned the same, but looking closely at the water dispenser on the one without a pitcher it is a little different.
A: Specs say yes
Q: Can you turn off the ice maker for extra freezer space and still have use of the water pitcher?
A: Yes! I have done already that ( turn off the ice maker and still have the water pitcher fill up ). You can also call the manufacturer support or go on youtube.
Q: Does the refrigerator come with the handles off?
A: Our brand new refrigerator, fully boxed up and covered with plastic wrap, did not have the handles in place. They were added once the refrigerator was in place in our kitchen. This made it easier to place it because of limited space between the cabinets and the island countertop.
