If you are in the market for a TENS unit, look no further than this product! I am a lifelong athlete and have consistently supplemented with physical therapy over the years. At my physical therapy appointments, I always request TENS/stim, as I feel it is truly the game changer when it comes to strengthening and relieving any injury/pain. This Beurer tens unit is the best unit I have ever used. It has loads of settings and it is of remarkably good quality. Beurer is a state of the arc brand name. It doesn't surprise me that Best Buy sells this brand tens unit, as is in their namesake, "best" buy. You will not regret purchasing this unit. I am taken back at its safety features as well. I have been using mine very frequently for leg /knee pain and received it about a month or more ago. It has completely diminished the pain. It's also great for just relaxing at the end of the day.
