A: AnswerWell depending on what products you buy, you may not be able to. I was told I could in store when I purchased my new Note 20 Ultra and then when I called Geek Squad, they said I was told wrong information and that I don't have that option. Not very happy about it. Unlike Samsung and most cell phone carriers, Geek Squad is the only one I know of that promises that option but then tells you after your purchase that it's not available. Sorry to be the one to break the bad news. Hopefully they can change that in the future.Answered by Note20UltraCase

A: AnswerThey won't fix it right now as there aren't samsung repairs in store. However, they won't tell you this until you're at your appointment. Even if you have geeksquad you'll have to pay $200 for a refurb replacement, and they won't give you a full refund on geeksquad despite not letting you use it. Your best bet is your manufacturer warranty. Happened to me and they kept almost $70 of my geeksquad warranty money for absolutely nothing. They just want your money : /Answered by Zir0
