- No out-of-pocket costs for parts or labor: We take care of 100% of the costs of parts and labor for covered repairs and failures, with no hidden fees.
- If there's a hardware failure, we'll repair or replace your product: This could be a problem with an internal part, how the portable DVD player was manufactured or normal wear and tear. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity.
