Limited 180gm vinyl LP pressing in embossed gatefold jacket. Half-Speed Master. A Night at the Opera is the fourth studio album by Queen, originally released in 1975. Produced by Roy Thomas Baker and Queen, it was reportedly the most expensive album ever recorded at the time of it's . Queen was straining at the boundaries of hard rock and heavy metal on Sheer Heart Attack, but they broke down all the barricades on A Night at the Opera, a self-consciously ridiculous and overblown hard rock masterpiece. Using the multi-layered guitars of it's predecessor as a foundation, A Night at the Opera encompasses hard rock (InchDeath on Two Legs,Inch InchSweet LadyInch), pop (the lovely, shimmering InchYou're My Best FriendInch), campy British music hall (InchLazing on a Sunday Afternoon,Inch InchSeaside RendezvousInch), and mystical prog rock (Inch'39,Inch InchThe Prophet's SongInch), eventually bringing it all together on the pseudo-operatic InchBohemian Rhapsody.Inch In short, it's a lot like Queen's own version of Led Zeppelin IV, but where Zep find dark menace in bombast, Queen celebrate their own pomposity. No one in the band takes anything too seriously, otherwise the arrangements wouldn't be as ludicrously exaggerated as they are. But the appeal - and the influence - of A Night at the Opera is in it's detailed, meticulous productions. It's prog rock with a sense of humor as well as dynamics, and Queen never bettered their approach anywhere else. Album Tracks 1. Death on Two Legs (Dedicated to...) 2. Lazing on a Sunday Afternoon 3. I'm in Love with My Car 4. You're My Best Friend 5. '39 6. Sweet Lady 7. Seaside Rendezvous 8. The Prophet's Song 9. Love of My Life 10. Good Company 11. Bohemian Rhapsody 12. God Save the Queen

Jelly Roll, the giant underground genre-bending singer/songwriter/rapper, delivers his new album Ballads of the Broken. The introspective 10-track record delves deeper into his current season of life and his growth - personally and sonically, marking the first time he does not rap except for a lone verse across the album. Having written each song on the album, Jelly Roll finds Incha more centered emotional space,Inch and Inchtakes those raw, unreserved verses and melds elements of country, rock, and hip-hop into his own signature styleInch (Billboard). Being vulnerable and emotional might not be what you expect from a burly former inmate with face tattoos and piercings, but Ballads of the Broken is deeply rooted in self-reflection and pain. Drawing from his own experiences and struggles - with relationships, substances, mental health and life in general - the project tells the story of a man who has been through the ringer, has gotten his feet back under him but knows he has a long way to go. Album Tracks 1. Dead Man Walking 2. Backslide 3. Son of a Sinner 4. Over You 5. Hollow 1. Even Angels Cry 2. Sober 3. Empty House 4. Mobile Home (Demo) 5. Son of a Sinner (Demo)

Vinyl LP repressing of this 1992 album, released to coincide with the album's 20th Anniversary. Pi*ed off and angry is the best way to describe Rage Against the Machine's first album. A fierce mix of hip-hop, punk & heavy rock exploded all over the music scene in 1992. At first sight an unlikely band; Tom Morello, a nerdy guitar hero who played his guitar like a DJ, political activist Zack de la Rocha who spitted out his lyrics with a vengeance. Together with Brad Wilk on drums and Tim C. on bass they produced one of the most angry records of 90's. The album even contained, dare we say it, hit singles like 'Killing in the name of' and 'Bullet in the head'. Put the needle on the record and get blown away (again)! Album Tracks 1. Bombtrack 2. Killing in the Name 3. Take the Power Back 4. Settle for Nothing 5. Bullet in the Head 6. Know Your Enemy 7. Wake Up 8. Fistful of Steel 9. Township Rebellion 10. Freedom
