- A: AnswerIf you purchased the LG NeoChef 0.9 Cu Ft.Compact Microwave, return it to Best Buy and choose another brand. I’ve had two of these with similar problems you described specifically the sparks and I will not buy another one of the LG models. Best Buy was very good with both returns (I had the extended coverage as well). I honestly think this is a known problem and I’m surprised there is not.a recall on this model. Hope this helps.

- A: AnswerSo Like my microwave, mine won't even start. I'm taking It back to Best Buy, as I have 2 Year's warranty for it. I really relie on it for my meal's, as being A shut-in, being a handicapped Person. It Broke in 11 months.
