Refused to fix the problem that was caused by them
I had an amplifier installed on the back of the back seat of my Mini Cooper. The installer had said he had left enough black on the cables so that I could still fold the seat down. A year later when I folded the sit down for the first time the RCA cable broke off inside of the amplifier. I called the hotline and I was told to just go to the Best Buy and they would fix it. I drive to my local Best Buy where I had it installed and they said there was nothing they could do about it because they currently did not have an installer working there and that I would have to drive an hour to another store to have them fix it. I definitely would never buy the protection plan if I purchase anything else from Best Buy
