Works best in rooms that can be darkened. There is some reflection if room is well lit but does not necessarily hinder viewing. I dim the lights for movies and sports so it is none issue for me. It is very easily viewed from different angles and there is no motion blur. It looked very dim in the brightly lit showroom but after a few tweaks at home the picture is bright and clear. I heard some complaints about a buzzing sound and when the volume is turned aver half way up I did hear it on some media but at lower but still loud volume the buzzing sound is nonexistent. I also bought a Samsung wireless Blu-ray player to go with it and found both products to be an excellent buy.

The guys at Greek Squad are professionals. They are timely and knows/gets the job dome on a timely fashion.

Did not have to use it but it feels good to have a some kind of protection on things u invest in
