A: I just measured mine and am definitely ticked off!!! Best Buy says 22x60 belt Well the belt is 20x60. And then you have 1/2 " space on each side of belt before you step in the side edges of the Platform. So total flat platform area is 21".
Q: What is the maximum weight to use this Bowflex?
A: The spec sheet says 375 lbs.
Q: Can you place an I pad or book in front of you when you use this? Is there a little shelf?
A: There is a little shelf with an insert in it that holds my iPad pro while I use it.
Q: Are the photos accurate for this treadmill? Other sites show images different for same model
A: Yes I purchased minds January 2021 and its black and red also has bluetooth speakers
Q: Does this a safety feature or lock? I don't want my kids trying to use it.
A: There is a safety key that you can leave disconnected until you are ready to use it but the notification that it is disconnected stays on all the time. You can also create a profile with a password but others may be able to use the treadmill as a guest user.
Q: Does this treadmill need a subscription to an app to operate?
A: Subscription is available but it has a manual workout also
A: I live in the Bay Area as well and have mine in the garage. Haven't had any issues with the temps hot or cold affecting the machine in any way.
A: I was able to assemble it within 90 minutes with the assistance of my 10 year old to hold up the part. I did grab my own ratchet and hex socket instead of using the supplied key to make that go faster. Hardest part was getting everything unpacked.
