Overall a great machine and quite. Replaced my Bowflex Series 3 treadmill after using it for 14 years, it was still working except the incline. I am a big Bowflex fan but this machine's software let me down. I use this machine almost daily for couple of miles for walking or running. I usually watch Netflix or Prime while on treadmill but sometimes with Apple Fitness+ to push myself. Software of the machine and subscription is very bad and not worth the price even for entertainment since machine as a very nice tablet/phone holder. **Machine** *Pros* - Treadmill is very stable and well built - Incline works well - Super easy to assemble - Easy to move within the room - Tablet/Phone holder that works - Charging port - Comes with heart rate monitor which is super accurate (matches my Apple Watch) *Cons* - Doesn't connect to Apple Fitness (Bowflex please fix this) - Doesn't connect to iFit (much better auto control outdoor workouts) *Software & Subscription* *Pros* - Auto incline with the free Zion workout is good, just set the speed and let the machine control the incline while watching a TV show *Cons* - Super slow and laggy interface - Sometimes hangs and needs restart - Built in workouts are ok quality and should have been included with the treadmill - Bowflex should shutdown instructor workouts and partner with iFit or Apple. Subscription is expensive, they should charge something like $1.99 for just computer generated workout and outdoor auto inline ones. - Access to Netflix and Prime should be free - Sometime get error messages like not connected to wifi, super annoying Overall it is good value for the price, since the machine is great, software needs a total rewrite.

So last year I decided to get my wife and I a treadmill to use all year round, even tho I work for FedEx sounds crazy to want to run after work… lol but the run quality on the treadmill is great! They did drop off the treadmill but did have a problem bringing it to the location in my house…( don’t know if I should contact best but about what happened) but the treadmill runs great the software is decent a bit buggy… it does shut off once in a while but it is intuitive and fun. Love how it connects with the jrny app and syncs data to my Apple Watch.

Overall, I love my Bowflex especially its ability to fold and not take up more space than needed. It’s become my habit and I like that!

I am pleased with this purchase because the treadmill has good cushioning and is sturdy as well as a nice (large) belt. The reason for 4 (not 5) stars is that you cannot just start the treadmill--you have to navigate through the console to a program, even if you want to select manual, and then even once you have selected manual, you have to pick a 'location' that you will watch on the screen, even if you intend to use your own tablet and this takes time and does not add value in my view. I am using Zwift with the treadmill (with a run pod not direct connect) and so do not need or use the treadmill's built in programs. The incline works well thus far. It is a large and very heavy treadmill, but once it is assembled, it is easy to move because it has wheels and can easily be pivoted and rolled elsewhere. Overall, I am satisfied, but with a few minor annoyances.

Its a good treadmill. The motor is very silent and has many programs. The only downside is Netflix requires a subscription from Bowflex as well to run.

Excellent quality and very well made. Look forward to my workouts everyday. Easy to assemble took like an hour. Highly recommend anyone who is interested in a very good treadmill to give this one a try.

Very heavy so get help. Easy to install took me about 20 mins. Great quality and I was very impressed with the speed….. THIS THING IS FAST !!!

This treadmill is great! Very sturdy so far. We have used it every day for a week with multiple users. My husband put it together (I helped hold a few parts). It took about 2 hours. He said it wasn’t too difficult. It’s not as sturdy as a gym treadmill but to use in the home it has been good. The treadmill is large and we had to make sure it is in a spot in the basement with the higher ceiling. We did make the JRNY account but are using the treadmill on the manual setting as we both like to watch TV or listen to music on our own. We plan on cancelling it. The treadmill also hooks up to your WI-FI. You have to log in to your account to use it (be aware that you can’t just jump on and start running). It logs your workouts and calories burned. So far we are really enjoying it. If I remember I will update my review in a few months.

I couldn’t find any YouTube videos or reviews (except on Best Buy site) on this treadmill. When I called Bowflex customer support they didn’t really know anything about the treadmill (BXT7). Only thing Bowflex customer support could tell me was it is only sold at retail stores and it’s new. I really like it! It’s very quite. The JRNY app is easy to use. I don’t have any negative thing to say about it. Happy walking or running!

I bought this to get in shape and loose all the fat I got due to me being at home all the time. So far I have not lost any pounds, because I only did the introduction. So this review is based on my first 20 min of working out. So far so good. Oh and this is really easy to assemble, so don’t worry about paying 250+ to have it assembled... just do it your self and think is your pre workout. Will update after completing my first 20 hours:)

Treadmill is awesome I love the ratio of the incline as well as the size of the treadmill. It’s really gym quality.

Super power.. Great Treadmill works great smooth running no noise at all it has a Incliner which is good. Also Very good looking machine and My wife love it.

Takes about two hours or so to setup, albeit relatively easy. Box was very heavy and big careful when lifting certain parts.

I’m calling the company on Monday..my machine randomly turns off in middle of my workout and won’t turn back on unless I unplug and plug it back in... doesn’t allow me to log into my account I can’t use any Bluetooth accessories unless I am logged into an account.... Heart rate monitor included doesn’t connect or work.. etc! Very disappointed.

Looks great but it doesn’t work. Monitor doesn’t come on and tread doesn’t move. Now I have to wait for a new monitor or one that works. Save your money

The treadmill requires WiiFii and journey subscription for operation. Journey is free for the first year. The treadmill is composed of mostly plastic which lead me to question durability. The operation is smooth in its functionality. It hits high speeds and incline is smooth although both are a tad delayed when prompted. There are wheels for movement. Assembly is easy.

Love my machine, so far no issues. Easy setup and build. Best investment ive made. feels very strong, I am 5'9 345 lbs. I walk and jog on this thing with no issues and don't feel unsafe. Only thing i wish was better was the interface and the fact it makes you do an assessment before you can do manual custom workouts. No you are NOT obligated to use the "JRNY" app to use machine. I also wish there was a shut down feature instead of just hitting the off switch or unplugging from the wall. Manual says to unplug machine when not in use to prevent any surge etc and so i do but I wish within the software there was a shut down Feature like a pc instead of just hard turning it off.

I purchased this treadmill in February. I've used it weekly and it works great, no major issues so far. My biggest complaint is the ADDITIONAL money this treadmill tries to suck out of you. This isn't a cheap treadmill, but you still have to pay a monthly fee to use 95% of the features on this treadmill. Any targeted workout programs require you to purchase the monthly subscription. It has the option for streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu which is amazing, BUT you have to purchase the JRNY monthly subscription to use the streaming service. Which for how expensive this treadmill is, it should simply allow you to use the streaming service. The screen is quite slow and takes a while to start up. The idea of paying a monthly subscription to use most of the features is confusing, Most people buy treadmills to workout in their homes and avoid monthly gym memberships. The treadmill itself is nice. It took about an hour to put together, fairly easy. The incline is great and the treadmill is sturdy. I wouldn't recommend getting this treadmill because you cant use 95% of the features that it has unless you pay a monthly subscription. If you don't mind not using the other features, then by all means go for it, it is a great treadmill.
