What an Upgrade for HTS
Decided to upgrade my nearing 20 year old Home Theater System and went with a KLIPSCH all around speaker system. These bookshelf speakers a larger than the picture make them seem. Be prepared to house these monsters on speaker stands as wall mounting may prove challenging to newbies. The speakers sound really good and even have a bit of a bass feedback reverb. I did a calibration test and they actually have decent sounds they are able to process. These have a bit of weight to them also.

Great Speakers
I have these these hooked up to a Denon x4800 AVR. I bought 4 and the center channel. After adjusting the speaker angle and distance from the wall and using the Audessy room correction it has been fantastic. These can really crank up I pushed them past 100db and they could likely go even higher but my Sub was already struggling to keep up. I got these for $489 a pair which is a great deal. Some reviewers say they are a bit too bright but with DSP/equalization you can level these out to your taste. I'll be rocking these until they die.

Been listening to these all day, wide soundstage with detailed but more refined overall tone than previous R-50m as L/R

Great Sound Improvement
The Klipsch RP-600M II speakers sound excellent. Compared to the previous version, the sound has clearly improved, with better clarity, smoother highs, and stronger overall detail. The bass is impressive for a bookshelf speaker, and the vocals sound clean and natural. Overall, this is a very nice upgrade from Klipsch and a great choice for anyone looking for high-quality bookshelf speakers.

They pack a punch when bi wired! Excellent value!
I was looking to replace a pair of1990's studio monitors that sit on stands. These Klipsch speakers fit my space and my budget, plus they are bi-wire able which added better imaging and slightly less distortion. They are also very efficient and have a very crisp and detailed high end (I'm 70 years old and have hearing loss!). I've owned almost dozens of speakers since the 1970's and couldn't be happier with these. P.S I am running twin sub woofers with these to fill in the deep bass, but they sound great on their own! Do give them 20-30 hours to "break in" time before you turn up the volume!
