Love it beautiful Light weight beautiful color looks good on munarm

I had a terrible experience because I made the purchase online with the help of an advisor; the first thing I asked was whether the watch came in the original Apple box. He asked me to wait a moment, then confirmed that it did—which was the reason I decided to buy it. I had to reschedule my flight because the item took eight days to arrive—later than my original travel date—which meant extra expense for me, but I was willing to do it. I was hugely disappointed when I received the item, however, because it did not come in an original Apple box. When I went to the store, I was told that the information I had been given was false and that they never ship these items in original boxes. I found it very dishonest that one of your employees lied to me just to make a sale. I no longer trust this store, and the warranty information provided by that representative was also misleading; he told me it was seven months, whereas the staff at the physical store said it was only two.

Daughter reports back that she is pleased with the watch and that it meets her requirements.

Very comfortable, use every day in swimming pool.

This was advertised as Apple Watch with midnight sport band, but was delivered without any band at all. Bestbuy did not offer replacement. I advise against refurbished products even when geek squad certified. Watch was also pretty scratched up. Total waste of 150$
